Configuring the Endura Gateway
The Endura gateway requires separate configuration apart from the Endura system. Only users who have been assigned the role Administrator
can perform configuration tasks.

LOGGING ON TO THE WEB CLIENT FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Web client can be opened in either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. Microsoft ActiveX® is required to view video in the Web
client. However, ActiveX cannot be installed in the 64-bit version of the browser. If you have a computer that includes both versions of Internet
Explorer, always use the 32-bit version when working in the Web client.
1. Start the Web client in either of the following ways:
Double-click the Web client icon on the desktop of your workstation or computer.
Start the Web browser, and then enter the URL provided by your system administrator.
2. At the Login screen, enter the default user name and password provided with the system. The default user name provides administrator
access to the gateway so that you can configure the system and create additional users. For system security, change the password for the
default user, and then record your new information in a secure location. User names and passwords are case sensitive.
