Sur la gamme de chauffe-eau MiniMax NT, il existe un isolant installée par l'usine situé sur le même côté que la tête de retour des chauffe-eau. Cette isolant existe pour que, si les têtes sont inversées sur le terrain pendant l'installation initiale du chauffe-eau, les commutateurs à limites supérieures soient protégés de la chaleur réfléchie à partir de l'accumulateur du conduit.

6.Remettez la tête dans la position initiale. Ce point de vue montre l'isolant installé par l'usine. Retirez les 8 boulons qui maintiennent la tête de retour en place.

7.Lorsque les têtes sont enlevées, replacez les pinces à sceller pour tube de l'échangeur de chaleur.

8.Échangez le collecteur d'entrée et de sortie avec le collecteur de retour. Levez l'isolant afin de permettre l'installation de la tête principale. Alignez le collecteur avec l'échangeur d'air. Lorsque la tête est en place, relâchez l'isolant; les commutateurs à limites supérieures soient protégés de la chaleur réfléchie à partir de l'accumulateur du conduit. Remettre les boulons du collecteur et serrer à main. (Ceci permet d'éviter de fausser le filetage.) Serrez en diagonale en commençant par le centre du collecteur. Ne pas trop serrer.

9.Installez le capteur thermique en passant les câbles par l'orifice prévu situé sur le côté gauche du panneau d'écharpe. Faites passer les câbles par le support.

10.Rebranchez tous les câbles à limites supérieures et le manostat, en passant les câbles par le même orifice que les câbles du capteur du thermostat.

11.Pompez et purgez le système afin de vous assurer que la tête ne fuit pas.

12.Remettez les deux grands panneaux d'inspection en place.

ÀNOTE : Les marques des entrées et des sorties sur le collecteur sont toujours exactes.

Ne branchez pas le chauffe-eau à l'envers.
