FONCTIONNEMENT AU PRINTEMPS ET EN AUTOMNE

Si la piscine n'est utilisée qu'occasionnellement, ne pas éteindre complètement le chauffe-eau. Mettre le thermostat sur 68°F (20 °C). Cela maintiendra la piscine et la terre environnante à une température assez chaude, et l'on pourra rétablir une température de baignade plus rapidement.

FONCTIONNEMENT EN HIVER

ATTENTION !

•Faire fonctionner ce chauffe-eau, de façon continue, à des inférieure à 68 °F (20 °C), peut entraîner des problèmes liés à la condensation et endommager le chauffe-eau, ce qui pourrait entraîner l'annulation de la garantie.

•Lorsque le chauffe-eau a été vidé de toute eau, il est important de ne pas le redémarrer sans que de l'eau recircule dans ses conduites à nouveau.

•En raison du gel, si de l'eau reste emmagasinée dans l'échangeur d'air ou les collecteurs des dommages à ces derniers pourraient survenir.

Si la piscine ne doit pas être utilisée pendant un mois ou plus, éteindre le chauffe-eau par la soupape de gaz principale. Pour les zones géographiques où l'eau ne risque pas de geler, l'eau doit circuler dans le chauffe-eau toute l'année, même si vous ne chauffez pas la piscine. Ne pas faire fonctionner le MiniMax NT à l'extérieur, en dessous de 0 °F (-17 °C) pour le gaz propane, et en dessous de - 20° F (-28 °C) pour le gaz naturel.

En cas de risque de gel, il faut vider le chauffe-eau de son eau. Pour cela, ouvrir la soupape de vidange, située aux collecteurs entrée/sortie, (voir figure 29), pour permettre la vidange complète du chauffe-eau. On peut utiliser de l'air comprimé pour vidanger l'échangeur de chaleur, ce qui peut être un bon exercice, (Voir les remarques supplémentaires dans la section Consignes importantes dans l'Introduction.)
