Selecting a TV programme
Selectthe required TV channel (=programmenumber) with the
Ppbuttonor with the digit buttons 0-9 onthe remote
control.
DIfyou don’t know the programme number of the required
TVchannel:
aPressthe Ppbutton for more than 2 seconds.
TheTV channel list appears on the screen.
bSelectthe required TV channel with the Pp
button.
After1 second the TV-VIDEO Combi will switch to
theselected programme number.
Picture settings
aPressthe MENU button.The main menu appears.
bSelectthe line ’Picture’ withthe menu buttons
BPror APqandconfirm with the menu button
SqC .

Selecting the picture setting
(SMART PICTURE)
D’SMARTPICTURE’: Optimises all picture settings using a
singlebutton on the remote control.
EPressthe SMART button repeatedly to select the
requiredpicture setting.
Volume control
Youcan control the volume level with the _Sp
button.
Ifyou want to mute the sound temporarily (e.g.: during a
telephonecall), press the ybuttonon the remote control.
Whenyou press the ybuttonagain, the sound will return at
itsoriginal volume level.

Selecting a preset sound setting
(SMART SOUND)
D’SMARTSOUND’: provides a choice of sound settings
fromthe remote control.
EPressthe SMART#button repeatedly to select the
desiredsound setting.
Automatic volume control (AVL)
ESwitchon ’Auto volume cont.’, to activate the
automaticvolume control. This will minimise sudden
changesin TV volume, e.g. when commercialspots are
beingtransmitted or when switchingTV channels.
