Two people are required to li ft and carry
a TV that weighs more t han 25 kg.
When stand moun ting the TV, use only
the supplied stan d. Secure the stand to
the TV tightly. Place th e TV on a flat, level
surface that ca n support the combin ed
weight of the TV and the s tand.
When wall mounting t he TV, use only a
wall mount that can supp ort the weight of
the TV. Secure the wall mo unt to a wall
that can suppor t the combined weight of
the TV and wall moun t. Koninklijke Philips

for improper wall mounting that result in
accident, injury or damage.
Risk of injury to children!
Follow these precau tions to prevent the
TV from toppling ove r and causing injury to
children:
Never place the TV on a sur face covered
by a cloth or other mater ial that can be
pulled away.
Ensure that no par t of the TV hangs over
the edge of the surf ace.
Never place the TV on t all furniture (such
as a bookcase) withou t anchoring both
the furniture a nd TV to the wall or a
suitable support.
Educate children a bout the dangers of
climbing on furni ture to reach the TV.
Risk of overheating!
Never install the T V in a confined space.
Always leave a space of at leas t 4 inches
or 10 cm around the TV for ven tilation.
Ensure curtains or other objects never
cover the ventilation slot s on the TV.
Risk of damage to the T V!
Before you connect th e TV to the power
outlet, ensure t hat the power voltage
matches the value pr inted on the back
of the TV. Never connect t he TV to the
power outlet if the volt age is different.

Read and understand all instructions before you
use your TV. If damage is caused by failure to
follow instructions, the warranty does not apply.

Safety

Risk of electric shock or fire!
Never expose the TV to r ain or water.
Never place liquid conta iners, such as
vases, near the T V. If liquids are spilt on
or into the TV, disconnec t the TV from
the power outlet imme diately. Contact
Philips Consumer Care to have the TV
checked before use.
Never place the TV, remote co ntrol or
batteries near naked flames or other heat
sources, including direct sunlight.
To prevent the spread of fire, ke ep
candles or other flam es away from the
TV, remote control an d batteries at all
times.
Never insert obje cts into the ventilatio n
slots or other openi ngs on the TV.
When the TV is swi velled ensure that
no strain is exer ted on the power cord.
Strain on the power cord c an loosen
connections and c ause arcing.
Risk of short circuit or fire!
Never expose the rem ote control or
batteries to r ain, water or excessive hea t.
Avoid force coming onto power plu gs.
Loose power plugs can cause ar cing or
fire.
