Use a Kensington lock
There is a Kensington security slot at the back
of the TV. Prevent theft by looping a Kensington
lock between the slot and a permanent object,
such as a heavy table.

Set TV speakers to EasyLink mode

When you play content fr om an EasyLink
compliant home theat er, the TV speakers are
automatically muted.
1 Enable one-touch play a nd one-touch
standby betwe en your Easylink complia nt
devices by following the ins tructions
in the previous section (see ‘Enable or
disable EasyLi nk’ on page 36).
2 Press MENU.
3 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [Auto EasyLink].
The TV speakers are turned off »
automatically when content from an
Easylink compliant system is detected.
4 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [On] to di sable
system audio cont rol and enable the TV
speakers.
Note
To mute the TV speaker s, select • [TV
speakers] > [Off].
