Use the TV clock
You can display a clock on the TV screen. The
clock displays the current time using time data
received from your TV service operator.
Display the TV clock
1 When watchin g TV, press OPTIONS .
The TV options menu appears.
2 Select [Clock] .
3 Press OK .
The clock is displayed.
Note
The clock is disab led automaticall y after ten
minutes. To disa ble the clock before t hat,
repeat this procedure.

Set the TV clock
1 Press MENU .
2 Select [Features] > [Clock ] .
The [Clock] menu appears.
1 Press or Numeric buttons to
enter time.
2 Press [Done] to con rm.
3 Press MENU to ex it.
Note
The clock is disab led automaticall y after three
seconds.

Update the TV software

the TV software when updates are available.

7 Enter your curr ent code using the
Numeric buttons .
If the code is validated, you will be
prompted to enter your new code.
8 Enter the new cod e using the Numeric
buttons.
You will be prompted to re-enter the
new code for con rmation.
Tip
If you forget your cod e, enter ‘0711’ to
overrid e any existing codes .

Lock or unlock the TV
Locki ng the TV prevents your ch ild from
accessing all cha nnels and connected de vices.
1 Press MENU .
2 Press to select [Features] > [TV
lock] .
3 Press to enter [TV lock] .
A screen prompting you to enter code
appears.
4 Enter your code .
5 Press to select [Lock] or [Unlock] .
6 Press OK .
All channels and connected devices are
locked or unlocked.
7 Press MENU to exit.

1 When watchin g TV, press OK to display
the channel gr id.
2 Press to select a channel to lo ck or
unlock.
3 Press OPTIONS .
4 Press to select [Lock/Unlock chan.] .
5 For each selec tion, press OK to lock or
unlock the chan nel.
