Time zone

The time zone and daylight savings are to be set first. You should then double-check date and time if previ- ously set. To know which time zone you are in, we rec- ommend you to check in an atlas or an encyclopedia.

The Time zone option allows you to set the time zone you belong to, according to GMT (Greenwich Meridian Time).

Move up or down to select the setting corresponding to your area, e.g. GMT + 00:00 when located in United Kingdom, GMT + 01:00 when in The Netherlands, France or Germany.

Daylight savings

This setting only concerns countries in which time is set according to summer/winter time (e.g. Greenwich Me- ridian Time / British Summer Time).

This option allows you to set the day- light savings to On (in summer time) or Off (in winter time) by moving left

or right. As this setting impacts the date and time op- tion, it should be set first. If daylight saving is On and you set the time to 12:00, it will automatically switch to 13:00 when turning the option to Off.
