7. BASIC FUNCTIONS

7.1POWERING ON/OFF

Make sure the monitor is plugged into the wall outlet and the main AC switch located in the rear of the monitor is switched to ON position. If the power is plugged in and the AC switch is on, the STATUS LED will blink for a few seconds in green before it illuminate in red color (STAND BY).

Using Front Panel or Remote Control

1 Press the POWER button on the front panel or the remote control. The monitor will now turn on after a brief pause.

The STATUS LED will now turn green to indicate power on status.

2Turn off the power by pressing the POWER button on the monitor panel or remote control again.

Status LED:

Not Illumated = No AC Power detected

If the main power switch (rear of panel) is turned off, this LED will not illuminate.

Red = Standby (Power OFF) with AC power detected The LED will illuminate in red color if the monitor is in standby mode.

Solid Green = Power ON

Blinking = Sleep mode
