4.15Entering, modifying or clearing MSNs

MSNs are the telephone numbers that your network provider has assigned to you for your connection. Up to 10 digits are at your disposal per MSN for programming.

If you wish to operate the telephone on the internal bus of a telecommuni- cations system, you must select MSNs as the numbers that are provided for this bus. These may only consist of individual digits. Pay attention to your telecommunications system's manual.

In the case of the SmartLine D721, MSN 5 to MSN 8 are assigned to the analog port.
