wear your mp3 player during sport activity by securing it to the supplied armband.
1fit the psa into the rubber buckle, with the headphone jack aligned to the jack hole.
2position the armband around your arm. thread the strap and fasten up for a snug fit.
note: keep your set clean and dry.
always remove the set from the armband when not using, wipe your set and the rubber armband
with a soft, damp cloth to clean off sweat and excess moisture.
3connect the headphone extension and headphones as shown.

you can also use the supplied strap extension to secure the player to your waist.
