Follow the steps below to change the language of the on-screen displays.

Press the VCR button, then press the MENU button.

SELECT , 9 CHOOSE :/OK

AVCR SET UP TUNER SET UP INITIAL SET UP

TO END PUSH EXIT

Press the PLAY 8 or STOP 9 button to select INITIAL SET UP, then press the FF :/OK button.

SELECT , 9 CHOOSE :/OK

TO END PUSH EXIT

Press the STOP 9 button to select LANGUAGE.

Press the FF :/OK button repeatedly so that the lan- guage you want to select appears on-screen.

Press the EXIT/STATUS button.

•If you accidentally select Spanish or French on-screen displays and need English on-screen displays, follow these steps. 1) Press the VCR but- ton, then press the MENU button.

2)Press the PLAY 8 or STOP 9 button to select SISTEMA INICIAL or PROGRAMM. INITIALE, then press the FF :/OK button. 3) Press the PLAY 8 or STOP 9 button to select LENGUAJE or LANGUE. 4) Press the FF :/OK button repeated- ly so that the English menu appears.

5)Press the EXIT/STATUS button.
