intothe mounting hooks.
About the demo mode
Thisunit features the feature demo mode.
Important
Thered lead (ACC) of this unit should be con-
nectedto a terminal coupled with ignition switch
on/offoperations. If this is not done, the vehicle
batterymay be drained.
Featuredemo mode
Thefeature demo automatically starts when
powerto this unit is turned off while the igni-
tionswitch is set to ACC or ON. Press DISP
duringfeature demo operation to cancel the
featuredemo mode. Press DISP again to start.
Rememberthat if the feature demo continues
operatingwhen the car engine is turned off, it
maydrain battery power.
Use and care of the remotecontrol

Installing the battery

Slidethe tray on the back of the remote con-
trolout and insert the batter y with the plus (+)
andminus () poles aligned properly.
!Whenusing for the first time, pull out the
filmprotruding from the tray.

WARNING

Keepthe battery out of the reach ofchildren.
Shouldthe battery be swallowed, consult a doc-
torimmediately.
CAUTION
!Useone CR2025 (3V) lithium battery.
!Removethe battery if the remote control is not
usedfor a month or longer.
!Thereis a danger of explosion if the batter y is
incorrectlyreplaced. Replace only with the
sameor equivalent type.
!Donot handle the battery with metallic tools.
!Donot store the battery with metallicobjects.
!Ifthe battery leaks, wipe theremote control
completelyclean and install a new batter y.
!Whendisposing of used batteries, comply
withgovernmental regulations or environmen-
talpublic institutionsrules that apply in your
country/area.
!PerchlorateMaterial special handling may
