%Replacethe front panel by holding it
uprightto this unit and clipping it securely
intothe mounting hooks.
About the demo mode
Thisunit features two demonstration modes.
Oneis the reverse mode, the other is the fea-
turedemo mode.
!Youcannot cancel a demo mode when the
frontpanel is open.
Important
Thered lead (ACC) of this unit should be con-
nectedto a terminal coupled with ignition switch
on/offoperations. If this is not done, the vehicle
batterymay be drained.

Reverse mode

Ifyou do not per form an operation within
about30 seconds, screen indications start to
reverse,and then continue reversing ever y 10
seconds.Pressing 5numbered button when
powerto this unit is turned off while the igni-
tionswitch is set to ACC or ON cancels the re-
versemode. Pressing 5numbered button
againto start the reverse mode.

Featuredemo

Thefeature demo automatically starts when
powerto this unit is turned off while the igni-
tionswitch is set to ACC or ON. Pressing 6
numberedbutton during feature demo opera-
tioncancels the feature demo mode. Pressing
6numberedbutton again to start the feature
mode.Remember that if the feature demo
continuesoperating when the car engine is
turnedoff, it may drain battery power.
About the operation mode
Thisunit features two operation modes, opera-
tionmode 1 and 2. Operation mode 1 enables
youto operate all the functions of thisunit.
Operationmode 2 enables you to operate the
basicfunctions for each source easily. This
manualexplains operation mode 1. Please
referto Using the operation mode 2 on page 45
foroperation mode 2.
