Removing the front panel

1 Press toopen the front panel.
2 Gripthe left side of the front panel and
pullit gently outward.
Takecare not to grip it too tightly or to drop
thefront panel and protect it from contact
withwater or other fluids to prevent perma-
nentdamage.
3 Putthe front panel into the provided
protectivecase for safe keeping.

%Reattachthe front panel by holding it
uprightto the unit and clipping it securely
intothe mounting hooks.
Use and care of the remotecontrol

Installing the battery

Slidethe tray on the back of the remote con-
trolout and insert the batter y with the plus (+)
andminus () poles aligned properly.
!Whenusing for the first time, pull out the
filmprotruding from the tray.
WARNING
Keepthe battery out of the reach ofchildren.
Shouldthe battery be swallowed, consult a doc-
torimmediately.
CAUTION
!Useone CR2025 (3V) lithium battery.
!Removethe battery if the remote control is not
usedfor a month or longer.
!Thereis a danger of explosion if the battery is
incorrectlyreplaced. Replace only with the
sameor equivalent type.
!Donot handle the battery with metallic tools.
!Donot store the battery with metallic objects.
!Ifthe battery leaks, wipe the remote control
completelyclean and install a new battery.
!Whendisposing of used batteries, comply
withgovernmental regulations or environmen-
talpublic institutionsrules that apply in your
country/area.
!Alwayscheck carefully that you are loading
thebattery with its plus (+) and minus ()
polesfacing the proper directions.

Using the remotecontrol

Pointthe remote control in the direction of the
frontpanel to operate.
!Theremote control may not function prop-
erlyin direct sunlight.
Important
!Donot store the remote control in high tem-
peraturesor direct sunlight.
!Donot let the remote control fall onto the
floor,where it may become jammed under the
brakeor accelerator pedal.
