ChangingBatteries

Thebatteries for the speed and cadence sensors cannot
bereplaced. Polar has designed speed and cadence
sensorsto be sealed in order to maximize mechanical
longevityand reliability. The sensors have long-life
batteriesinside. To purchase a new sensor contact your
authorizedPolar Service Center or retailer.

TheCS500+ cycling computer and the Polar H3 heart rate
sensorboth have a user changeable battery. To change the
batteriesof the cycling computer and heart rate sensor
yourself,carefully follow the instructions below. For video

Whenchanging the battery, make sure the sealing ring is
notdamaged, in which case you should replace it with a
newone. You can purchase the sealing ring/battery kits at
