Topause your training session, press BACK.
• Tocontinue recording press OK.
• Tostop recording, press DOWN and OK.
• Toadjust the training sounds press DOWN twice and OK. Set the
soundOff,Soft,Loud or Very loud and confirm with OK.
Tostop the training session quickly, press BACK twice and Stopped
isdisplayed.
TheFA20 will automatically display the training data once you stop
thesession, if the session has lasted more than one minute. Scroll
DOWNto see the data or press and hold BACK to return to Time
mode.
