• Thebacklight and sound are automatically
turnedoff when the low battery indicator is
displayed.Any alarms set prior to the
appearanceof the low battery indicator will
remainactive.
Tochange the battery:
1. Open the battery cover with a coin by turning it
fromCLOSE to OPEN.
2. Remove the battery cover and lift the battery
(CR2025)out carefully with a suitably sized
smallrigid stick or bar. This can be a toothpick
orsmall screwdriver. However, a non-metal tool
ispreferable. Be careful not to damage the
metalsound element (*) or the grooves.
3. Insert a new battery with the positive (+) side
outwards.
4. Replace the old sealing ring with a new one,
fittingit snugly in the cover groove to ensure
waterresistance.
5. Put the cover back on and turn it clockwise to
CLOSE.
6. Re-enter the basic settings. For further
