Turn o n the camer a, view the camera LCD screen to check which
camera settings are a ctive. If the feature icon is not displaye d, it means
that particular fe ature is not activated.

Mode selector located on the top of the
camera.
Auto mode
Under this mode, the camera will automatica lly judge the environment
conditions for you. It will set the Exposure and White balance
automatically acc ording to the shooting envi ronment.
Manual mode
Under thi s mode, you can set the Exposure and Whit e balance based
on different environme nt condition before taking picture s.

Playback mode
Playback or delete pi ctures/video clip s from the camera.
Video mode
Using this mode to reco rd video clips.
SET mode

Under this mode, you can access the Set-up menu to change the camera
settings to custom ize your camera.
• Low Battery
When b attery powe r is low, the red batter y icon
appea rs and a
warning “BATTERY LOW ” will show on the LCD scree n. Batteries need
to be replaced or the ca mera will soon automatica lly turn off.
