Avant d’effectuer des travaux de maintenance sur la ponceuse, déconnectez-la de l’alimentation électrique en retirant la prise ou en désactivant le commutateur principale ! Le non respect de cette consigne risque de provoquer de graves blessures.

Effectuez des inspections périodiques ou régulières pour vous assurer du réglage approprié de la ponceuse, du serrage de toutes les vis, du bon état de la courroie. Assurez-vous également que la poussière ne s'est pas accumulée dans le moteur ou dans les coffrets électriques et qu'il n'y a pas de raccord ou de connexion électrique desserrée ou usée.

Si la rallonge électrique est usée, coupée ou endommagée d'une quelconque manière, faites- la remplacer immédiatement.

Gardez le guide et les surfaces de la table propres et sans rouille.

Graissage

Graissez périodiquement les pièces suivantes de la ponceuse 31A.

Utilisez une graisse non durcissante de bonne qualité sur :

•Glissoir du tendeur (Figure 27)

•Tourillon de table (illustré sur la Figure 11)

Utilisez l'huile SAE N°.10 sur les éléments suivants :

•Les filetages internes des roues de verrouillage de la table (A, Figure 16)

•Le doigt d'indexage du bras de courroie (illustré sur la Figure 5)

Tous les roulements utilisés sur le Modèle 31A de la ponceuse sont scellés à vie et ne nécessitent aucun graissage.
