| optional Precor Heart Rate Interactive System featuring Smart Rate.TM | |
| In addition to the standard display features, the Precor Heart Rate Interactive System offers an | |
| ||
| incorporates the latest in cardiac monitoring to provide Smart RateTM— a visual aid that lets you | |
| know where your heart rate is at a glance. When the Precor Heart Rate Option receiver is installed | |
| and you wear the chest strap, the colored cells on the display light up to indicate your target zone. | |
| You’ll be able to maintain your ideal training zone (weight loss or cardiovascular) by keeping the | |
| blinking cell within the target zone. | |
| With Smart Rate you can see what your heart rate is doing when you use any of the four different | |

| automatically changes the resistance to keep your heart rate in that zone. | |
| The EFX is designed for household use only and is unique in its crosstraining features. To | |
