Treadmill Grounding Instructions
The treadmill must be grounded. If the equipment malfunctions or breaks down, grounding draws off electric current and reduces the risk of electric shock. The power cord on the treadmill is equipped with a grounding conductor and a
DANGER Improper connection of the grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are not sure whether the equipment is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the treadmill. If the plug does not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

You should have received a power cable that meets your local electrical code requirements along with the equipment. Precor treadmills must be connected to a 20 amp isolated branch circuit that can be shared only with one PVS. If you need additional help with the power connections contact your Precor authorized dealer.
