FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural frame components, including:

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Electronic components, including:	Main frame assemblies, including:
λ ChargerAssembly	λ Anti-tip forks		λ Caster forks
λ Controller	λ	Caster beam	λ Metal seat framing
λ Joystick	λ	Accesories
Other components, including:
λ Brakes	λ Motor/gearbox assembly			λ Plastic components,
λ Bearings and bushings	λ Foot riggings			excluding body
λ Electrical Harness	λ Foot rigging mounting brackets

SIX-MONTH WARRANTY

For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
λ	ABS Plastic shrouds and footrests	λ Motor brushes	λ Upholstery and seating
λ	Fuses	λ Tires and tubes

λCircumstances beyond the control of Pride

λLabor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized by Pride Mobility Products Corporation

λRepairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Damage caused by:

λContamination

λAbuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

λBattery fluid spillage or leakage

λCommercial use, or use other than normal

λImproper operation, maintenance, or storage
