BRIDGED MONO OPERATION

BRIDGED-MONO MODE CAUTION:

Output voltages as high as 110 volts rms are available between the USA 1310's bridged terminals. Fully insulated CLASS ONE wiring must be used to connect the amplifier to the load, and the load must be rated up to 1200 watts (8 ohms). Models USA 400 and USA 900 develop somewhat less power, but precautions should be observed nonetheless.

Connecting outputs

Turn Channel 2 gain control all the way up.

Use Channel 1 to set gain.

Zwischen den Ausgangsklemmen der USA 1310 kann Ausgangsspannung bis 110 Volt RMS anliegen. Der Anschluß muß daher mit vollisoliertem Kabel, das für Leistungen bis 1200 Watt (bei 8 Ohm) geeignet ist, erfolgen. Die Typen USA 400 und USA

900 erzeugen zwar weniger Leistungen und Spannung; Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sollten nichtsdestotrotz getroffen werden.

Ausgangsanschluß

Der Pegelsteller von Kanal 2 muß voll „aufgedreht” sein.

Nur der Pegelsteller von Kanal 1 wird zur Lautstärkeeinstellung benutzt.
