DIALING NUMBERS FROM A CALLER ID RECORD
To dial a local number stored in a Caller ID record, recall the record, then press TALK. If it is a long distance call, press 1 before you press TALK.
Note: If a Caller ID record does not con- tain a phone number (if it was blocked by the caller, for example) you cannot dial from that record.
STORING A CALLER ID RECORD TO MEMORY
Follow these steps to store the name and number from a Caller ID record into a handset’s memory location.
1.Recall the record you want to store, then press MEM. Select Loca- tion appears.
2.Choose a memory location
SELECT.
If the selected location is empty, the phone beeps to confirm that it stored the number, then the Caller ID record appears. If a record exists in the selected location, Replace Memory? appears, prompting you to confirm the replacement. Move the cursor to Yes or No, then press
SELECT.
DELETING CALLER ID RECORDS
You can delete Caller ID records individ- ually or all at once.
To delete a single record, recall it, then press DEL/CH. Delete Message? ap- pears, prompting you to confirm the de- letion. Move the cursor to Yes or No, then press SELECT or DEL/CH.
