8-9. Unknown Device Window appears

When I connect a SCSI Scanner to the CB31U and start PC, the Add New Hardware Wizard saying [This wizard searches for new drives for Unknown Device] appears and I do not know what to do.

If Unknow Device means your SCSI Scanner. So, you need to install your SCSI Scanner driver.
