To activate voice prompts to remind you the time passed or remains:
1.Press 
MENU to display the Home menu.
2.Press + or – to select Fitness and press 
to enter the fitness menu.
3.Press + or – to highlight Stopwatch Setup and then press 
.
4.Press + or – to highlight Voice Prompts and then press 
.
