A Mirage Quattro é uma máscara facial que cobre o nariz e a boca. Isto significa que pode receber uma terapia eficaz mesmo que respire pela boca.

A máscara dispõe de respiradouros e de uma válvula incorporada de forma que possa continuar a respirar ar fresco se o fluxo de ar que entra na sua máscara sofrer qualquer impedimento.

Fim a que se destina

A Mirage Quattro canaliza um fluxo de ar de forma não invasiva para um paciente a partir de um dispositivo de pressão positiva das vias respiratórias tal como um sistema de pressão contínua e positiva das vias respiratórias (CPAP) ou um sistema de dois níveis.

A Mirage Quattro destina-se a ser utilizada por pacientes adultos (>30 kg) a quem tenha sido prescrita pressão positiva das vias respiratórias.

A Mirage Quattro destina-se a ser utilizada repetidamente por um único paciente em casa ou repetidamente por vários pacientes num hospital/clínica.

Antes de utilizar a máscara

AVISOS

•A Mirage Quattro deve ser usada sob supervisão qualificada com pacientes que não sejam capazes de remover a máscara por si próprios. A máscara pode não ser adequada para pacientes com condições que predispõem a aspiração.

•O conjunto de cotovelo e válvula destina-se a ser utilizado com a Mirage Quattro e dispõe de funções de segurança específicas. A máscara não deve ser colocada se a válvula estiver danificada porque não poderá cumprir a sua função de segurança. A válvula deve ser substituída se estiver danificada, deformada ou rompida.
