Can’t use the mic	If a mic, cable or device is connected to the LINE IN jack, the input from the MIC jack will
	be ignored. If you want to use an external mic, do not connect anything to the LINE IN

	If you’re using a plug-in powered mic, you’ll need to turn Plug-in Power on.
	The R-05 does not support phantom-powered mics.	p. 52
Recorded sound is	The sound will be distorted if the input level is too high. Adjust the recording level	p. 44
