Touch First name, then enter a first name for the contact.

Touch to enter a Prefix, Middle name, and Suffix.

Touch Phone to enter a telephone number, then touch the Label tab to choose a label from Home, Mobile, Work, Work Fax, Home

Touch Email to enter an email address, then touch the Label tab to

Touch Notes to enter additional information for the contact.

Touch Event set a month, day, and year for an event, then touch the Label tab to choose a label from Birthday, Anniversary, Other, or Custom to create a custom label.

Touch Groups to assign the contact to a group, then touch the Label tab to choose a group from Friends, Family, Coworkers, or Create new group. For more information about Groups, see “Groups” on page 36.

4.Touch Add another field to add these additional fields: IM, Nickname, Internet call, and Relationship.

5.Touch Back to remove the keyboard.

6.When you finish entering information, touch Done.

Tip: Display a contact’s record and touch the Email field to send an email, touch the Address field to display the address on a map, or touch the Website field to link to the web site.

Updating Contacts

Make changes to update an existing contact.

1.From a Home screen, touch Contacts.

2.Touch a contact in the Contact list to view its information,

then touch Edit.

3.Continue entering contact information. For more information, refer to “Creating Contacts” on page 32.

4.To delete a contact, touch Menu Delete contact. At the prompt, touch OK.

5.To remove or update a contact icon, touch the icon, then touch Remove photo, Take new photo, or Select new photo from Gallery.
