7. In/Out of Group

If your phone is assigned to a station group, you can remove it from the

group if required. If the phone is removed from the group, you can answer

calls to your extension number but you cannot answer calls to the group.

You can reassign the phone to the group at any time.

1. In standby mode, press the [Screen] button

until the Fixed Feature Menu screen is displayed.

2. Press the [Selection] button for the

[IN/OUT GROUP] menu.

3. To remove your phone from the

group, press the [Selection] button

for [OUT OF GROUP].

To reassign your phone to the group,

press the [Selection] button for

[IN GROUP].
