Answering Calls DS/ITP-5012L Phone User Guide

3. Dial your group number.

Your system administrator can tell you what your group number is.

Group call pickup cannot be used to answer recalls (except operator

recalls) to a station, only new intercom or outside calls.

Answering a Waiting Call

If you are busy on a call and another call rings your phone, you hear a

“camp-on” tone. The menu box for a waiting call will flash on the AOM

screen so you can answer the new call.

1. Press the [Screen] button until

the AOM screen appears.

z If the Automatic Hold feature is set on

your phone, the current call will be

placed on hold automatically.

2. Press the [Selection] button for

the station or outside call number

flashing on the AOM screen.
