Things You Should Know DS/ITP-5012L Phone User Guide

Entering Special Characters

1. Press the [Menu] button to select the special characters input mode.

The special characters that can be selected will be displayed in the

lower part of the character input screen. If the character you require is

not displayed, press the [^] and [

] buttons to scroll through other

possible selections.

2. Press the [<] and [>] buttons to move the cursor and select the

character, then press the [Enter] button.

1. Press the dial button [0] to insert a space.

2. Press the [Cancel] button to delete the character(s) to the left of the

cursor. Press and hold down the [Cancel] button to delete all charac-

ters.

Entering Numbers

Press the [Menu] button to select the numeric input mode and then press

the dial button displaying the required number.
