•Uit : Verzendt geen DTS-signaal. Selecteer deze optie wanneer uw AV- ontvanger (of AV-versterker) niet voorzien is van een DTS-decoder.

•Aan : Verzendt DTS-bitstream via digitale uitvoer wanneer u een DTS- track afspeelt. Selecteer deze optie wanneer uw AV-ontvanger (of AV-versterker) niet voorzien is van een DTS-decoder.

M Bij het afspelen van de DTS-audiotrack wordt het geluid niet via de AV-audio-uitgang uitgevoerd.

DRC

Deze is alleen actief wanneer er een Dolby Digital-signaal is gedetecteerd.

•Aan : Wanneer u ﬁlmmuziek zachtjes afspeelt of met kleinere speakers, kan het systeem de juiste compressie toepassen om de zachte inhoud verstaanbaarder te maken en om te voorkomen dat dramatische passages te hard klinken.

•Uit : U kunt de ﬁlm bekijken met het standaard dynamisch bereik.

NICAM

NICAM-programma’s worden verdeeld in 3 typen.NICAM stereo, NICAM mono en tweetalig (transmissie in andere taal). NICAM- programma’s hebben altijd een standaard monogeluid en u kunt het gewenste geluid selecteren door NICAM in of uit te schakelen.

•Aan : NICAM-modus

•Uit : schakel deze optie alleen in bij het opnemen van het standaard monogeluid tijdens een NICAM-uitzending, als het stereogeluid wordt verstoord door slechte ontvangstomstandigheden.

Compatib. V-modus

Deze functie regelt de instelling voor de selectie van audio bij het opnemen van een NICAM STEREO (Multi-audio)-programma op de vaste schijf (HDD). De functie is niet van invloed op de directe opname van een programma op DVD.

•Uit : Zowel “Dual L” en “Dual R” van het multi-audioprogramma worden op de vaste schijf (HDD) opgenomen. Titels die op basis van een dergelijke instelling op de vaste schijf (HDD) zijn opgenomen, kunnen niet worden gekopieerd naar DVD-R of DVD-RW (V- modus).

•Aan : Of “Dual L” of “Dual R” van het multi-audioprogramma wordt op de vaste schijf (HDD) opgenomen. Titels die op basis van een dergelijke instelling op de vaste schijf (HDD) zijn opgenomen, kunnen worden gekopieerd naar DVD-R of DVD-RW (V-modus). De opties “Dual L” en “Dual R” kunnen onder “Audioselectie” worden geselecteerd.
