Problemen oplossen

Als het product niet goed werkt, gaat u de onderstaande controlepunten na voordat u contact opneemt met een erkend servicecentrum van Samsung.

Stroomvoorziening

De invoer wordt even weergegeven wanneer het apparaat wordt ingeschakeld.

Controlepunt 1	Nadat de HDD & DVD-RECORDER is
	ingeschakeld, duurt het even voordat deze
	geïnitialiseerd is en de invoer wordt ongeveer
	tien seconden nadat het apparaat is
	ingeschakeld, weergegeven.

Opnemen

Ik kan geen TV-programma’s opnemen.

Controlepunt 1	Controleer of de netstekker stevig in het
	stopcontact zit.
Controlepunt 2	Hebt u de kanaalinstellingen van de HDD &
	DVD-RECORDER correct ingesteld?
Controlepunt 3	Ga na hoeveel vrije ruimte de HDD/
	DVD-RAM/-RW/-R-schijf bevat.

Er gebeurt niets als ik op de toets REC druk.

Controlepunt 1	Controleer de beschikbare schijftypen.

	Als een programma tegen kopiëren is
	beveiligd, kunt u dit niet kopiëren.

Afspelen

Ik kan de schijf niet afspelen.

Controlepunt 1	Controleer of de schijf is geplaatst met het
	etiket aan de bovenzijde.
Controlepunt 2	Controleer de regiocode van de dvd-schijf.
Controlepunt 3	Deze HDD & DVD-RECORDER kan
	sommige schijftypen niet afspelen
	(zie pagina 7, 36)

Het pictogram wordt op het scherm weergegeven.

Controlepunt 1	De bewerking of functie is niet mogelijk om
	een van de onderstaande redenen:

(1)De DVD-schijf staat dit niet toe.

(2)De DVD-schijf ondersteunt de functie niet (bijvoorbeeld:beeldhoeken)

(3)De functie is momenteel niet beschikbaar.

(4)U hebt een titel, hoofdstuknummer of zoektijd gevraagd buiten het toegestane bereik.

De instellingen van de afspeelmodus zijn anders dan de instellingen die met het instellingenmenu Setup zijn geconﬁgureerd.

Controlepunt 1	De schijf ondersteunt niet alle geselecteerde
	functies. In dit geval werken sommige functies
	niet goed die u met het instellingenmenu
	Setup hebt geconﬁgureerd.
Ik kan de beeldverhouding niet wijzigen.
Controlepunt 1	De beeldverhouding voor DVD-schijven staat
	vast (zie pagina 32)

De beeldhoekfunctie werkt niet tijdens het afspelen van de DVD.

Controlepunt 1	De functie Beeldhoek is alleen beschikbaar
	wanneer de schijf beelden bevat die met
	verschillende beeldhoeken zijn vastgelegd.

De geselecteerde audio- en/of ondertitelingstaal wordt niet afgespeeld.

Controlepunt 1	Audio- en ondertitelingstalen zijnschijf
	speciﬁek. Alleen het geluid en de
	ondertitelingstalen op een DVD-schijf zijn
	beschikbaar en worden op het schijfmenu
	weergegeven.

Ik kan geen titel of bestand naar een andere modus kopiëren.

Controlepunt 1	Dvd-schijven met kopieerbeveiliging kunnen
	niet naar hdd (vaste schijf) worden
	gekopieerd.
Controlepunt 2	Raadpleeg “Inhoud kopieerspeciﬁcaties” op
	pagina 6 om na te gaan of kopiëren wordt
	ondersteund.
