-Die Fixierung einer DVD-RW, die mit DAO (Disc At Once) auf einem PC beschrieben wurde, kann nicht aufgehoben werden.

-Dies gilt ebenso für DVD-RW, die im Videomodus mit dem Recorder eines anderen Herstellers aufgenommen wurden.

-Bei DVD-R kann die Fixierung generell nicht wieder aufgehoben werden.
