Protecting files

Protect your files from accidental deletion.

1In Playback mode, scroll to a file.

2 Press [m] z Protect On.

•You cannot delete or rotate a protected file.

•For photos that are saved as a folder, protecting a folder will protect all photos in the folder.

Deleting files

Delete files in Playback mode and secure more space on your memory card. Protected files are not deleted.

Deleting a single file

You can select a single file and delete it.

1In Playback mode, select a file, and then press [n].

2When the pop-up message appears, select Yes.
