Sound Mode

SFE (Sound Field Effect) MODE

You can set the SFE mode best suited	SFE MODE
for the type of music you are listening
to.

Press the SFE MODE button repetatively,

STEREO  HALL 1 HALL 2  J.CLUB 

CHURCH  ROCK  CLASSIC  LIVE  GAME  MOVIE  CONCERT  STADIUM will be selected in turn.

Dolby Pro Logic II Mode

You can select the desired Dolby Pro

Logic II audio mode.

Press the PL II button.

Setting the speakers with PL IIz

1.Set the 7.1CH Connection settings to "PL IIz". (For further details, refer to page 41.)

2.Press the PL II button of the remote control until "HEIGHT” or “PL OFF” appears on the display. Set to “HEIGHT” to enable sound reproduction from front center/height speakers.

	You can listen to a 2CH sound source
	in 7.1CH surround sound with all
HEIGHT	speakers active.
	- A specific speaker(s) may not be
	output depending on the input
	signal.
	Select this option to listen through the
PL OFF	front left/right speakers and the
	subwoofer only.
