Clean the exterior of the monitor using a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of water.

Connect the power cable to the monitor after you have finished cleaning.

Power on the monitor and PC.

When not used for extended period of time, set your computer to DPM.

If using a screen saver, set it to active screen mode.
