Používanie rúry

Spôsob fungovania mikrovlnnej rúry

Mikrovlnné žiarenie predstavuje vysokofrekvenčné elektromagnetické vlny. Uvoľnená energia umožňuje uvarenie jedla alebo jeho prihriatie bez toho, aby zmenilo svoju formu alebo farbu. Mikrovlnnú rúru môžete použiť na:

•Rozmrazovanie

•Prihrievanie

•Varenie

Princíp varenia.

1.Mikrovlnné žiarenie vytvorené magnetronom

a odrážané vo vnútornom priestore sa rovnomerne rozšíri, keď sa jedlo otáča na tanieri. Jedlo sa vďaka tomu rovnomerne uvarí.

2. Mikrovlnné žiarenie sa absorbuje do jedla až do hĺbky približne 1 palca (2,5 cm). Varenie potom pokračuje, keď sa teplo rozptýli v rámci jedla.
