4Pull the paper straight up and out.
5Insert the trays back into the printer. Printing automatically resumes.
In the manual tray
1Remove the jammed paper from the printer.
2Open and close the front cover.
3Load a paper into the manual feeder, then the printer resumes.
Around the toner cartridge
Note
The fuser area is hot. Take care when removing paper from the printer.
1Open the front cover and pull the toner cartridge out.
2Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out.
3Replace the toner cartridge and close the front cover. Printing automatically resumes.
