5.Entrez le nom de réseau souhaité (par ex. nom du point d'accès) dans la fenêtre “Identify Your Network” et cliquez sur Suivant.

Si vous ne connaissez pas le nom du réseau lorsque vous vous connectez au point d'accès, cliquez sur le bouton Scan et sélectionnez le nom à partir de la liste.

Lors de la configuration d'un réseau sans fil entre ordinateurs, tous les ordinateurs cibles doivent spécifier le même nom de réseau.

6.Si une clé de réseau est configurée au niveau du point d'accès ou du réseau entre ordinateurs, sélectionnez Enable Data Security dans la fenêtre “Set Security”, entrez la même clé de réseau et cliquez sur Suivant.

Lors de la configuration d’un réseau sans fil entre ordinateurs, nous vous conseillons de configurer une clé de réseau (clé de cryptage) pour empêcher tout utilisateur non autorisé d'accéder au réseau. Créez une nouvelle clé de réseau sur le premier ordinateur puis entrez la même clé sur le deuxième.

La clé de réseau est constituée de 5 ou 13 caractères alphanumériques (par ex. magie) ou de 10 ou 26 nombres hexadécimaux (un nombre hexadécimal est représenté par des chiffres compris entre “0” et “9” ou par des lettres allant de “a” à “f”).

7.Dans la fenêtre “Power Management”, cliquez sur Suivant.

Pour maximiser les performances de la configuration d'alimentation par défaut, sélectionnez Arrêt. Pour minimiser la consommation d'électricité, sélectionnez Marche.

Cet élément n'apparaît pas lors de la configuration du réseau sans fil entre ordinateurs.

8.Dans la fenêtre “TCP/IP Behavior”, cliquez sur Terminer.

Pour mettre à jour et utiliser un protocole IP lors de la sélection du profil actuellement configuré, sélectionnez l'élément Renew IP Address when selecting this profile.

9.Dans la fenêtre “Add/Edit Configuration Profile”, cliquez sur OK pour terminer la configuration du réseau sans fil.
