Using ActiveSync®, you can synchronise information in Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange on your PC with your device. You can also synchronise this information directly with a Microsoft Exchange server. Each time you synchronise, ActiveSync compares the changes you made on your device and PC or server and updates both with the latest information. For information on using ActiveSync, see “ActiveSync Help” on the PC.
You can switch to any of these programmes by tapping on them in the Start menu.
Calendar
Use Calendar to schedule appointments, including meetings and other events. You can check your appointments in one of several views (Agenda, Day, Week, Month, and Year) and easily switch views by using the icons on the command bar of the Calendar main screen.
To open Calendar:
From the Start menu, tap Calendar. You can view the lists of appointments that you have created in the Agenda view.
