Le contact ne peut pas être sélectionné s'il ne possède pas de numéro de téléphone ou d'adresse électronique. Ajoutez les informations manquantes dans le menu Contacts.

Un problème survient lorsque je connecte le téléphone à un ordinateur

Vérifiez qu'ActiveSync est installé sur l'ordinateur et qu'il est en cours d'exécution. Consultez le mode d'emploi d'ActiveSync sur le CD-ROM. Pour plus d'informations sur ActiveSync, consultez l'aide d'ActiveSync ou surfez sur www.microsoft.com.

Si ces vérifications ne vous ont pas permis de résoudre le problème rencontré, veuillez noter les éléments suivants :
