Calendar
Calendar function provides information such as solar calendar, lunar calendar, solar terms, heavenly stems, earthly branches, Chinese zodiac, western zodiac, holiday, etc. Among which, lunar calendar is used very often in our life. For example, all traditional Chinese festivals use lunar calendar, farming also needs to consult lunar calendar and solar terms, most Chinese people celebrate their birthdays according to lunar calendar, even when choosing big days such as wedding day, they would consult lunar calendar as well. Furthermore, the calendar is integrated with note function for you to edit important holiday information as a reminder.

A:focus date, the date you wish to check on.
B:Current date.
1Red button: return to current system date. 2/3Green/Yellow button: change month.
4up/down/left/right button: move focus date up/down/ left/right.
5Tools button: provide the options to delete focus date note and to display note list.
6Enter button: edit focus date note.
7Return:return to
✎✎You can press the µ / � button on the remote to change the year.

1.In Calendar menu, press up/down/left/right button to select the focus date.
2.Press EnterEbutton to open the note editor, then select the appropriate input method to edit the note.
✎✎Tips
xx Available input methods include PinYin (Simplified
Chinese/Traditional Chinese), stroke (Simplified Chinese/ Traditional Chinese), English (capital/small letter), digits and other symbols.
xx User can switch input method by using the “TTX/ MIX” button on the remote and delete previous entry by using
xx Key operation in abc/ABC input method:
––Press corresponding number key one or more times to enter candidate character
––Cursor disappears in the editor to indicate pending status until 1 second has past or another key has been pressed.
––The target character is selected when pending status ends.
3.After editing, press EnterEbutton to save.
✎✎Tips
xx If time information has been set, the focus date is current date. If time information hasn’t be set, the focus date is default date (Jan 1, 2010).
xx If notes have been added, the note for present day pops up when the TV is turned on.
––If there is no note, nothing pops up.
––The display time is 10 seconds.
––If there is channel information, it will pop up after the Channel Bar disappears. If there is no channel information, it will pop up after user handles the on- screen menu for searching channels.
––If the note is very long, it will display “...” at the end.
––The number of note entries must not exceed 100. (Otherwise, “The note list is full, please delete some notes before adding more” message appears.)
––There should be no more than 60 characters in each note.
Display/delete note
In Calendar menu, press Tools button to show note list, then delete any unwanted note.
