Als de batterij bijna leeg is, wordt de robotstofzuiger automatisch naar het oplaadstation geleid voor een snelle automatische oplaadsessie.

Als de robotstofzuiger na het reinigen terugkeert naar de automatische stofbakleger, wordt het stof uit de robotstofzuiger verwijderd.

Dankzij zijn vernuftige rijsysteem kan de robotstofzuiger over drempels met een hoogte van circa 1 cm heen en zo alle kamers reinigen. Afhankelijk van de vorm van de drempel is het mogelijk dat de robotstofzuiger niet in staat is om over een drempel te gaan, ook al is deze lager dan 1 cm.

Als de robotstofzuiger een obstakel tegenkomt tijdens het zuigen, zorgt de obstakelsensor ervoor dat de stofzuiger het vermijdt en gaat door met zuigen. (Mogelijk raakt de stofzuiger smalle of ﬁ jne obstakels.)

De 3 steiltesensoren detecteren obstakels zoals omlaag leidende trappen of de drempel van de voordeur om te voorkomen dat de robotstofzuiger naar beneden valt.

Als de robotstofzuiger wordt opgetild tijdens het zuigen, worden de wieltjes, de zuigborstel, de zuigmotor en de draaiende zijborstels automatisch stopgezet door de sensor.
