MINI TURBO BRUSH (*select models only)
The Mini Turbo Brush should be checked regularly for clogs or debris wrapping around the brush.
To Replace Brushroll
1. Unplug cleaner from electrical outlet.
2. Slide the switch to the unlock position and remove bottom plate.
3. Inspect condition of brushroll. Replace brushroll if brushes are worn down. To remove brushroll, pull up and out of end slots in nozzle housing. Insert ends of brushroll into same slots to replace.
Inspect belt to ensure that it is in good condition. If belt is broken or cracked, replace belt according to To Replace Belt instructions.
4. Insert the four tabs on edge of bottom plate into slots on front of tool. Pivot bottom plate down and snap closed. Slide switch to lock position to secure the bottom plate in place.
To Replace Belt
1. Unplug cleaner from electrical outlet.
2. Remove bottom plate by sliding switch to unlock position. See figure in To Replace Brushroll instructions.
3. Loop one end of new belt around shaft of pulley.
4.Loop other end of belt around designated area for it on brushroll. Insert brushroll into slots in nozzle housing. See figure in To
Replace Brushroll instructions.
5. Fit Mini Turbo Brush back together as described in To Replace Brushroll instructions.
