Viewing the Display Screen

This list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your display screen.

 shows your current signal strength. The more lines you have, the stronger your signal.

 means your phone cannot find a signal.

 indicates the call is on hold.

 indicates a call is in progress.

 indicates the 10-4 service is enabled.

 indicates the 10-4 service is unavailable.

 indicates the 10-4 service is enabled and the speakerphone mode is set to on.

 indicates 1X Service is available.

 indicates 1X Service is not available.

 indicates 1X Data/10-4 access is dormant. (Voice calls can still be made or received.)

 indicates 1X Data/10-4 access is active.

 indicates you are off the home network.

 indicates you are roaming on analog service network.

 indicates your phone is on analog service network.

 indicates you have new voicemail messages. Press and hold

to call your voicemail box.

 indicates you have new text messages or Web Alerts waiting.

 indicates you have new picture messages.

 indicates you have new picture messages, voicemail messages, and text messages or Web Alerts waiting.

 shows the level of your battery charge. The more black you see, the more power you have left.

 indicates your battery is charging in “Power Off” state.

 indicates you have menus to scroll (in four directions).
