REPLACING CUTTER BLADES

WARNING: FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. TURN SWITCH "OFF" AND REMOVE PLUG FROM POWER

SOURCE OUTLET BEFORE ADJUSTING, MAINTAIN- ING, OR LUBRICATING YOUR JOINTER-PLANER.

1.Remove belt guard,

2.Position fence to right . , . approximately I/4 In. beyond cutter blades . . . lock it in place,

3, Lower infeed table all the way down.

4.Place block of wood 6-3/4 in. long between cutter- guard and fence,

5, Hold cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand and loosen tockscrews in each wedge using a 5/32 in. setscrew wrench.

6.While holding cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand,

gently pry up each Wedgeusing a screwdriver . re- move wedges and blades.
