CLEANING

CLEANING MATERIALS TO USE:

Dishwashingdetergent

Warm water

Softcloth

Do not use abrasive cleaners,

industrial cleaners, or bleach.

Soap-filled steel wool pad

Commercial oven cleaner

TO CLEAN:

Allow the pan to soak. Sprinkle the grid with dishwashing detergent and cover with a damp cloth or paper towel and let stand. Scour as needed. Wash, rinse, and dry well. You may

also place both the pan and grid in the dishwasher.

TO CLEAN

Clean after each use. If acidic foods (hot fruit filling, milk, tomatoes, sauerkraut or sauces with vinegar or lemon juice) spill, use a dry paper towel to wipe up as much as possible.

When surface has cooled thoroughly clean cooktop.

Do not use oven cleaners, cleansing powder, or harsh abrasives. If marinades, tomato sauce, basting materials, etc. should spill, wipe up as
